Customised workshop with BadenCampus
Design thinking is a proven, systematic approach that aims to successfully overcome complex challenges. The focus here is on customer centricity and collaborative solution finding by multidisciplinary teams.
In an interactive, 1.5-day workshop format, the principles of design thinking were explained and effective methods for problem analysis, customer orientation and idea generation were taught. The workshop placed particular emphasis on a high degree of practical relevance by applying the methods using real cases and examples from the participants' everyday work. This enabled the participants not only to understand the theoretical concepts, but also to apply them directly in their daily work. At the same time, ideas could already be generated during the workshop.
Goals achieved together
Focusing even more on users: Participants gained a comprehensive perspective on the needs and expectations of their stakeholders - be they doctors, pharmacists or professional organisations and patients. This provided a sound basis for the development of targeted solutions that take a holistic approach to working with different interest groups.
Solidified culture of innovation: The design thinking workshop helped to establish a culture of innovation within the team. By encouraging creative problem-solving and integrating agile working methods, the workshop created an atmosphere in which innovative ideas are not only welcomed but also actively encouraged. This strengthens the willingness to innovate and the courage to implement new approaches in the team.
Effective development: The iterative nature of the design thinking process enables faster identification and realisation of promising ideas. This allows the team to react more agilely to changing market requirements.
"The hands-on methods not only helped us to develop innovative ideas, but also to further foster a sustainable culture of collaboration and creativity within our team. The customised approach and empathetic facilitation will undoubtedly have a positive impact on our future projects."
